OILFIELD SERVICES (RRDSL)

The Company owns an established oilfield services provider based in Trinidad (RRDSL), with successful track record of operations of over 15 years. RRDSL has one of the most modern drilling rig fleets in the Caribbean with capacity to drill any onshore well in Trinidad​. The fleet comprises 7 onshore land rigs: 5 drilling and 2 production rigs and related equipment.

INDONESIA
OIL AND GAS PROJECT

During 2017, the Company expanded its footprint by acquiring a 23% interest in the Perlak field located in a mature hydrocarbon province of the Northern Sumatra. The Company made a decision to relinquish any interests in the project.
